Miami-Dade County team onsite to facilitate new EGO decal/external transponder purchases The PHS Islands Association has coordinated with Miami-Dade County to provide onsite support at the Palm Island guardhouse for residents who need to purchase or service their vehicle transponders and decals required for access through the resident gate. County representatives will be available on Thursday, September 18th, from 10:00 a.m. to 12 noon. No appointment is necessary. Residents with inactive transponders may also meet with the onsite County technician to have their device reactivated.
