Memorial Saturday

The Church cares not only for those who are bodily present; the Church is praying and keeping the memory of every living soul, knowing that no one is dead in God. In God, everyone is alive. So, we have to pray for those who are awaiting the second coming of Jesus Christ.
Please bring cooked wheat for the Memorial service and a list with the names of the departed so that the Priest can read and commemorate their names during the prayer for their souls.
Please do not neglect this memorial service for our departed sisters and brothers. With this service, we are showing them our love and praying for them that our Lord may
let them abide in places of Light, places of Green, places of rest, whence flees every torment, sorrow and sighing...
In Christ,
Fr.
