Master Trainer Workshop

Master Trainer Workshop PennTRAIN's Master Trainer Program is a Train-the-Trainer course designed to equip transit professionals with best practices for training bus and paratransit operators. Through a blend of self-paced learning and an intensive three-day, instructor-led experience, participants gain the skills and knowledge needed to effectively coach colleagues and support safe, high-quality transit operations. This program is designed specifically for public transit employees whose job responsibilities include training. To participate in the Master Trainer workshop, attendees must complete the pre-requites prior to the first day of the event.
