NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON LOT SPLIT
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Paynesville City Council has scheduled a public hearing for the purpose of considering a Lot Split application submitted by D & D Storage of Paynesville LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company who are the owners of both parcels involved in the lot split.
The parcels to be split are located at 825 Lake Avenue, Paynesville, MN 56362, Tax Parcel No. 70.39168.0201, which is legally described as follows, to-wit: Lot Two (2), Block One (1), Michaelis-Olmscheid Addition, Stearns County, Minnesota and 300 County Road 34, Paynesville, MN 56362, Tax Parcel No. 70.39168.0202, which is legally described as follows, to-wit: Lot Three (3), Block One (1), Michaelis-Olmscheid Addition, Stearns County, Minnesota.
It is proposed to split an area of 52’ x 140’ off of the most Southeasterly side of 300 County Road 34, Paynesville, MN and split an area 80’ x 140’ off of the most Southeasterly side 825 Lake Avenue, Paynesville, MN to create a new lot 132’ x 140 lot.
The Lot Split public hearing is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on May 11, 2026 in the Paynesville City Hall Council Chambers, Paynesville, MN. All interested parties are invited to attend said hearing and/or submit written comments prior to the public hearing day to the City Administrator, 221 Washburne Ave., Paynesville, MN.
