This evolution can be beneficial to our mental, physical and spiritual health.<br><br>At Listen &amp; Move, we provide a live DJ set of House, Techno and Experimental Music in a safe space as a platform for anyone to express themselves through movement. Come to dance, stretch, jump or simply listen.
