Our annual Light Up a Life campaign provides a meaningful way to honor loved ones during the holiday season by hanging a star on a Light Up a Life Hospice Memory Tree. Hospice Memory Trees will be at Cleveland Clinic Akron General main lobby, Cleveland Clinic Justin T. Rogers Hospice Care Center, and Summit Mall.
