You’re Invited: Library Open House The City of Paynesville is excited to share an early look at the proposed design for a new community library, developed in partnership with the Great River Regional Library, the Friends of the Paynesville Library, and Widseth. Join us for a Library Open House on Tuesday, February 24, from 4:00–6:00 p.m. at Paynesville City Hall. Stop by anytime to see the design, ask questions, and share your thoughts. City Council members, Ad Hoc Library Board members, Friends of the Library, and the project architects will be there to visit with residents and hear community feedback. One of the biggest questions we hear is about funding. While details are still being worked out, the City sees this as a collaborative effort supported by community partners and grant opportunities. Whether you stay a few minutes or the whole time, we’d love to see you there and hear what you think. Everyone is welcome!
