April 6, 2026 LECOMPTON CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES 7:00 P.M. Mayor Jimmy Wilkins brought the Lecompton City Council Meeting to order at 327 Elmore St. Lecompton, KS. Council Members Troy Clark, Mary Jane Hoffer, Stephanie Confer, Steve Freeman and Waynie Wingfield were present at roll call. City Superintendent Ryan Davis, City Clerk Lynley Sanford and City Attorney Jeff Heiman were also present. Residents or township members present included Jamin Nally, Lori Wilkins, Elsie Middleton, Carter Klise, Penny Bahret, Scott Norris, Trish Blanchat, Benton Peugh, Greg Howard, Mark Kasson, Jeremey Allen, Jessica Zullig, Jack Oglesby, and Jason Hoskinson. Stephanie Confer motioned to approve the meeting minutes from March 16th, 2026. Mary Jane Hoffer seconded the motion. Motion passed 5 yeas, 0 nays Troy Clark motioned to approve the meeting minutes from March 25th, 2026. Steve Freeman seconded the motion. Motion passed 5 yeas, 0 nays.
