ORDINANCE No. 26-02. KOCHVILLE TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 11th, 2026, the Kochville Township Planning Commission will hold a Meeting and Public Hearing for the purposes of considering Zoning Ordinance revisions and amendments, known as Ord. 26-02, being an ordinance to amend the Kochville Township Zoning Ordinance #06-14-Z, including Chapter 155.005 Definitions, and adding a new text to Chapter 155 including regulations for Accessory structures, Barndominiums, In-law Suites, and Drainage plans for residential construction.  Other text changes being discussed include corrections for errors and conflicting text.  The Planning Commission will hear public comment during the meeting to be held at: 7:00 p.m. on Monday, May 11th, 2026, at the Kochville Veterans Hall, 3265 Kochville Rd. A full copy of the draft ordinance to be considered is available for inspection at the Kochville Township Hall and on the Kochville Township web site at www.kochvilletwp.com.
