LU # 24-05; Adoption of Phase II of the Local Wetlands Inventory (LWI) in Kingston Terrace. The LWI is state mandated for Urban Growth Boundaries. DSL issued an approval letter to the City dated October 1st, 2025.
Once passed, the LWI Map will be added to the City Community Development Code section 16.114.080 Kingston Terrace District Goal 5 Safe Harbor Review. The LWI Map is also functionally a part of the comprehensive plan for Kingston Terrace.
