Join Nalandabodhi Philadelphia for in-person Introduction to Meditation / Discovering Oneself at Media Fellowship House. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced meditator, please join us monthly for Discovering Oneself, an introduction to meditation course within Nalandbodhi's Path of Meditation curriculum. Along with our meditation practice, we'll study and discuss Rebel Buddha, by Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche, founder and Spiritual Director of Nalandabodhi. These Second Sundays offer a regular in-person connection to meditation and study within a community of friendship and support. All are welcome! Parking outside the Fellowship House is free on weekends for anyone. Leave your shoes outside the main room. Cushions and chairs are provided; you're welcome to use your own cushion if you like. If you have a copy of Rebel Buddha, please bring it.
