A 5% Bid Bond or certified check is required with all proposals. A successful bidder will be required to provide 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. This project is subject to Colorado Labor Preference (C.R.S. § 8-17-101) and, if the contract exceeds $500,000, Colorado Prevailing Wage requirements.Sealed proposals must be submitted electronically through BidNet Direct no later than this Thursday, May 14 at 2:00 P.M.
