WIN's August Homebuyer Training Class provides nine hours of homebuyer education over two consecutive Saturdays (8/15 & 8/22) from 8 am - 12:30 pm. Topics include: Home inspections Lenders and loans Homeowners insurance Budgeting & money management Realtors The class will be held face to face in WIN's Community Room. Participants must comply with the safety protocols for in-person classes. You must attend both sessions in the same series to receive your certificate. The cost for this class is $35.00 and is nonrefundable and non-transferable. Space is limited to 30 individuals, so please register to reserve your spot. Registration can be completed online or by phone (To complete your registration, payment will need to be received by close of business the Wednesday before the first class).
