Neuroplasticity--a rapidly evolving and highly respected field in science and medicine--offers profound relevance for somatic practitioners. As Gyrotonic instructors, we are uniquely positioned to harness this potential. The Gyrotonic Method--provides fertile ground for fostering positive and lasting neuroplastic change.
