The Central Park Performing Arts Center (CPPAC) welcomes legendary guitarist Paul Gilbert on Friday, May 22 at 8pm. Performing with his full band, Gilbert will be bringing his latest project, WROC, to the stage. BUY TICKETS Best known as a co-founder of Mr. Big and Racer X, Paul Gilbert is celebrated worldwide for his shredding talent, melodic sensibility, and genre-spanning career. Over decades as a solo artist and band member, Gilbert has built a reputation for pairing jaw-dropping guitar work, moving effortlessly between hard rock, metal, and pop-influenced songwriting.  Gilbert’s newest album, WROC (2026), takes inspiration from George Washington’s Rules of Civility.
