Settle in, close your eyes, and let the soothing sounds wash over you, washing away stress and bringing your nervous system back to harmony. Then before you head home, choose a bottle of wine of your choice to take home with you. MAKE SURE TO BRING YOUR OWN COMFORT ITEMS. Things to consider bringing: a mat or blanket to lay on, a blanket for warmth (people usually cool down during a sound bath), socks, and a pillow or two.
