NOTICE OF POTENTIAL QUORUM Notice of a Potential Quorum is hereby given that Members of the Mount Holly City Council may potentially attend and constitute a quorum at the Gaston Business Associate Candidate Forum to be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 beginning at 5:30 pm.  The event will be held at the Danny J. Jackson Grand Hall located inside of the Municipal Complex (400 E. Central Avenue) in Mount Holly, NC.  No City business will be discussed, and no action will be taken by the Council, this is in compliance with the North Carolina Open Meetings Act.
