Sanctuary Hot Yoga to Host Free International Women’s Day Community Class at Veterans Memorial Park Rio Grande City residents are invited to celebrate International Women’s Day with movement, motivation, and community spirit as Sanctuary Hot Yoga hosts a free Yoga & Pilates class on Saturday, March 8, at Veterans Memorial Park. The special event begins at 6 p.m. and will feature a guided yoga and pilates session designed to honor and empower women of all ages and fitness levels. Participants can also look forward to a motivational speaker and light refreshments following the workout.
