This interactive workshop will focus on the critical role leadership plays in supporting dispatch staff, with special emphasis on emergency protocols, incident response, and Fitness for Duty determinations. Participants will explore best practices for decision making, communication, and operational oversight that help dispatch teams perform effectively under pressure.
