Fall Clean Up Week

Join us for our Fall 2026 Clean Up Week! All residential properties within city limits are eligible to participate in the Fall Clean Up Week. Yard waste will be collected on Monday and Wednesday. All other trash and recycling will be collected on your regular collection day. What is collected? Leaves Grass Weeds Garden plants Hedge trimmings Furniture Metal TVs Computer components Materials must be in a BIODEGRADABLE yard waste bag or bundled with non-metallic twine and should not weigh more than 40 lbs. NO PLASTIC BAGS OR CONTAINERS! Branches cannot be larger than 6″ in diameter and no longer than 6′ long. Bundles cannot be larger than 18″ in diameter. Pile yard waste bags and brush bundles, furniture, metal, TVs, and other materials in separate piles on the side of the road and away from Apple Valley Waste trash and recycling bins. What is not collected?
