Need to clear out old electronics? The City of Jefferson is hosting an Electronics Recycling Event on Saturday, May 9, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the City Hall parking lot, 320 E. McCarty Street. (McCarty and Adams Street) Residents are invited to bring unwanted electronics for safe and convenient recycling. In general, just about anything with a cord can be accepted free of charge, including items such as: Computer towers Phones Microwaves Printers And more! Please note that fees will apply for LED, plasma, CRT, and projection televisions. This event is a great opportunity to responsibly dispose of outdated electronics, reduce landfill waste, and help keep our community clean. We hope to see you there!
