Saginaw Hwy., Lansing, MI 48917. All registered voters in Michigan can vote before Election Day by voting early in person or by using what’s called an absent voter (or absentee) ballot. You can vote by absentee ballot through the mail, without leaving your home. You can submit an application for an absentee ballot online, through the mail (no postage required), or in person at your local clerk's office. After voting, you can then return your absentee ballot at your local clerk's office, your city or township's secure drop box, or in your early voting site or election day polling place.
