DMin Webinar: Leadership in a Changing Context

How can pastors lead faithfully in a changing church culture? Join us for a webinar on the Doctor of Ministry track in Pastoral Leadership led by Dr. Phillip Thorne on Monday, October 26 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. (ET). This DMin program explores the relationship between effective leadership, personal transformation, and the work of guiding congregations through shared transformation. Throughout the program, students will consider how cultural change shapes preaching, teaching, discipleship, evangelism, worship, and pastoral care. Drawing from leaders in Scripture and church history, the track also develops practical skills in self-awareness, governance, leading change, guiding congregations, and engaging younger generations. During the webinar, Dr. Thorne will introduce the DMin program, application process, and Pastoral Leadership track. You will have an opportunity to get to know and engage with him.
