Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is offered to Centerstone's adult patients who experience intense emotions and have difficulty managing them. Who can Join? Centerstone patients 20 year and older What to Expect? This group provides structured DBT skills training to support emotional regulation, reduce impulsive reactions, and build healthier coping strategies.
