Cybersecurity Readiness: Strengthen Your Agency
The Pennsylvania State Police, Office of Homeland Security, and PA CyberCom are hosting interactive cybersecurity workshops presented by Janus Associates to help organizations strengthen cybersecurity practices, incident response, and resilience. While developed for local governments and schools, the content applies broadly to Pennsylvania transit agencies. Agencies may send up to two staff members due to seating limits.
Learning Objectives
Recognize common cyber threats and apply basic cyber hygiene practices to better protect organizational systems and data.
Prepare for cybersecurity incidents by understanding response, reporting, and organizational resilience practices.
Build a stronger security culture through practical cybersecurity exercises and strategies staff can use across the organization.

Audience: Designed for Pennsylvania transit agency staff responsible for cybersecurity, information technology, operations, administration, emergency preparedness, or organizational risk.
