Learn a New Skill: Get Lost in Nature Photography Registration Required Artist and photographer, Joan Pearse, will share a PowerPoint of her nature photography featuring inspirational and thought-provoking quotes. Studies show that it is good for our overall wellness to be in nature. Studies have also shown that looking at nature photographs can be calming, can lower anxiety and blood pressure and encourage positive emotions such as awe and gratitude. Don't miss this opportunity to see beautiful and colorful landscapes, flowers, birds and more as you get lost in nature through Joan's lens. Fingers crossed - this program will take place in the newly renovated Social Room, featuring Trauma Inspired Design.
