Court Hearing for Visa/Mastercard ATM Fee Class Action Settlement

A court hearing is scheduled to determine whether a proposed $167.5 million settlement in a class action lawsuit involving Visa and Mastercard will be approved. This settlement aims to compensate consumers who paid fees at independent ATMs between October 24, 2007, and August 14, 2026. Visa is slated to pay $88.775 million and Mastercard $78.725 million into a settlement fund.
