Thank you to all who participated in the first community engagement phase of the design process for the permanent Place of Remembrance. Feedback received from the community, especially victims' family members and people who were injured, provided critical insights for the design team as they prepare design concepts that speak to how the Place of Remembrance should honor the memory of the victims and the resilience of the community, especially those who were injured. SWA Group will present several distinct concept designs at a meeting of the Working Group planning for a permanent Place of Remembrance on Thursday, May 7, 5:00 PM at City Hall. The agenda is available on the Place of Remembrance website. This meeting will mark the start of the second phase of community engagement: design concepting. (Note: the link will not be active until May 8.) Review the concepts and offer your feedback by Sunday, May 24, 2026. The survey will be available in English and Spanish.
