March 25, 2026 LECOMPTON CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES 6:30 P.M. Mayor Jimmy Wilkins brought the Lecompton City Council Special Meeting to order at 630 E. Woodson Ave., Lecompton, KS. Council Members Mary Jane Hoffer, Stephanie Confer, Steve Freeman, Troy Clark and Norraine Wingfield were present at roll call. City Clerk Lynley Sanford was also present.
