Chilling with Quilling

A workshop to learn paper quilling, a craft involving shaping paper and adhering it to create decorative cards. Participants will learn to make various shapes and will receive a tool kit to continue quilling at home. This workshop is for youth ages 9 and older, and 'Kids at Heart'.
