After more than 32 years in law enforcement and firefighting, including over 25 years with the City of Rockford, Chief Robinson will retire from the Rockford Department of Public Safety. Throughout his career, he has served in many roles, including Officer, Community Policing Officer, D.A.R.E. Officer, Sergeant, Lieutenant, Chief of Police, and Chief of Public Safety, demonstrating leadership, professionalism, and a deep commitment to the safety and well-being of our community.
