Centering Prayer

A time to breathe, center yourself, and feel God's presence in silent community. Each session includes a breathing meditation, 15 to 20 minutes of silent prayer, an opportunity for prayer requests and thanksgivings, and closes with the Lord's Prayer. Those who wish may remain afterward for a time of sharing.
