SFCC will host a weekend of hands‑on aquatic fitness workshops on October 9-10, 2026. The two‑day S'WET™ event features three workshops, including Turf to Surf, a course into aqua fitness designed for land‑based instructors and the Dual Depth Strength & Cardio session.
