Notice of Budget Committee Meeting April 28, 2026 | 6 pm | Halsey City Hall A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Halsey, Linn County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, will be held at City Hall, 100 W. Halsey Street.  The meeting will take place on April 28, 2026  at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 24, 2026 at City Hall between the hours of 8:00 am and 12:00 pm, and between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm, or on the website at www.halseyor.gov
