This week we will be meeting at ROCovery. Saturday Morning Bootcamp is returning to the great outdoors. Each week class will be held at a different local park, be sure to check out the FB event and web page for updated locations. The last Saturday of each month, class will be held at ROCovery. Come on out, burn some calories, build some muscles, take on the day and the make the world a better place, one rep at a time. Join Brian for a bootcamp of high rep exercises followed by bursts of aerobic activity that will make the hour fly by. This workout is a great way to connect with friends and challenge yourself. Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. This event is for individuals who are 18 years or older. All our classes and events are free and open to anyone with at least 48-hours of continuous sobriety.
