RZ25-004: Brian Knights, the representative of property owner Knights Protective Service of Ohio Inc., submitted an application request for 1.04 +/- acres Parcel 170-000733 to request rezoning of the property located at 916 Reynoldsburg-New Albany Road from Planned Commercial District (PC) to Restricted Suburban Residential District (RSR), which, if approved, would amend the Jefferson Township Zoning Resolution and Zoning Map.
