Arc Culinary presents Beyond Bacon as part of the Chef Experience Dinner series sponsored by Amazon on Thursday, July 30 at 7 p.m. at the state-of-the-art Emeril Lagasse Foundation Innovation Kitchen. Tickets are $92 for communal seating or $102 for the chef's counter and include alcoholic beverages and gratuity.
