A workshop based off the book The Four Agreements Through original meditation practices, focused on personal growth, critical reflection, and the pursuit of happiness, these practices aim to deepen the understanding of how the suffering of others can contribute to negativity in the workplace-and how greater awareness can foster a more compassionate, positive environment.
