The National Training and Development Curriculum (NTDC) is a nationally recognized, evidence-based program that prepares you for the lifelong journey of adoption. Required for all prospective Barker adoptive parents, the course covers core adoption concepts, trauma and loss, and strategies for supporting children from diverse backgrounds.
