NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City of Inverness, Florida, will conduct a Public Hearing to consider the following request: ORDINANCE 2024-12 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF INVERNESS, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY’S LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS TO REVISE STANDARDS REGARDING SMALL SCALE DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. The Public Hearing will be held on August 20, 2024, at 6:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the City Hall Council Chamber at the Inverness Government Center, 212 W. Main Street, Inverness, Florida, to consider the above-referenced request. All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard. The proposed ordinance is available for review at the City Clerk’s Office, Inverness Government Center, 212 W. Main Street, Inverness, Florida, during regular business hours, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
