NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Commission of the City of Palatka, Florida, will conduct a Public Hearing to consider the following request: An Ordinance vacating a portion of a utility easement located at 709 St. Johns Avenue, Palatka, Florida. The Public Hearing will be held on Monday, June 10, 2024, at 6:00 PM in the City Hall, Commission Chambers, 201 N. 2nd Street, Palatka, Florida, at which time all interested parties may attend and be heard. The proposed Ordinance may be inspected by contacting the City Clerk at (386) 329-0100 or by visiting City Hall located at 201 N. 2nd Street, Palatka, Florida, during regular business hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
