NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 264 of the Town Law and Section 809 of the General Municipal Law, the Essex County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing at the Essex County Government Center, 7531 Court House Drive, Elizabethtown, NY 12932, in the Board of Supervisors' Chambers, on the 15th day of April, 2026, at 6:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, to consider a proposed amendment to the Essex County Zoning Law. Said proposed amendment pertains to changes in zoning classifications in the Town of North Elba. Copies of the proposed amendment are available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Essex County Planning Department, 7531 Court House Drive, Elizabethtown, NY 12932.
