New York authorities have dismantled a major drug trafficking network operating across five upstate counties, charging 17 people with 125 crimes. The takedown resulted in the seizure of more than 23 pounds of fentanyl—the largest single fentanyl powder bust in the Organized Crime Task Force's history—along with cocaine, methamphetamine, three firearms, and $880,000 in cash.
