Overtown Operator Certification Program Embraces Digital Licensing with New E-Licenses

Overtown's Operator Certification Program (OCP) has transitioned to electronic licenses, known as E-Licenses. This change means the program no longer prints and mails duplicate physical licenses to certified operators.

Residents needing a copy of their license must now access it through the OCP Online Business Portal. This shift impacts all program participants who previously relied on mailed physical copies.

To obtain a digital copy, operators navigate to the 'Operator Certification Program Activity' section within the portal. They then select the 'Request a copy of my License' option. After completing this process, a confirmation email with a PDF attachment of the requested license or licenses will be sent. This email goes to both the login email address and the email address on file with the program.

This move streamlines the licensing process and provides operators with immediate access to their credentials.
