At 248 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a thunderstorm with frequent lightning 11 miles south of Brevard, or 5 miles northwest of Table Rock State Park, moving south at 5 mph.

Locations to be impacted include... Rosman, Table Rock State Park, Jocassee Gorges, Lake Jocassee, Caesars Head State Park, Sunset, Pumpkintown, Sassafras Mountain, and Rocky Bottom.
