Locations impacted include... Durham, Roxboro, Hillsborough, Rougemont, Concord, Lake Michie, Eno River State Park, Mayo Reservoir, Bahama, and Schley.

This includes the following highways... Interstate 85 between Mile Markers 163 and 174. Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 161 and 162, and between Mile Markers 259 and 263. the Durham Freeway near Mile Marker 17.
