The South Lake High School Band Program is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to serve as our next Band Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive direction and development of our entire band program, encompassing the Marching Eagles, Concert Band, and Jazz Ensemble. This role requires a passion for music education, strong leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and guide our talented student musicians. Responsibilities include curriculum development, rehearsals, performances, student recruitment, and fostering a positive and supportive environment for all band members. The Band Director will also oversee all aspects of band operations, including budgeting, equipment, and transportation for events.
