Airgas Announces Agreement to Acquire TA Corporate Holdings, Inc. Airgas, an Air Liquide company, announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire TA Corporate Holdings, Inc. (“Tech Air”), a large independent distributor of industrial, medical, and specialty gases and welding supplies. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
