Montrose County Community Development Services is seeking public comment on draft amendments to the Montrose County Land Use Code. The proposed amendments are intended to improve clarity, consistency, and efficiency in the development review process. The draft amendments can be reviewed online at bit.ly/MontroseLUC or a hard copy can be reviewed at the Community Development Services office located at 1800 Pavilion Drive, Montrose. Public comment will be accepted through July 24, 2024, and can be submitted via email to [email protected] or by mail to 1800 Pavilion Drive, Montrose, CO 81401. A public meeting to discuss the draft amendments will be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Montrose County Board of Commissioners Hearing Room located at 1800 Pavilion Drive, Montrose.
