Facility Rentals Community Room The City of Centerville rents the Community Center located inside City Hall. The Community Center has a capacity of 214 with access to a kitchen with a stove and refrigerator. The Community Center is versatile and great for: - Birthdays - Receptions - Retirement Parties - Reunions - Showers Tables and chairs are also provided during rentals. Center Park Pavilion Center Park at Centerville creates exceptional quality of life for all residents and visitors, including entertainment and recreational opportunities. There is a large pavilion space that is available for rent at Center Park. The pavilion is completely covered and can provide seating for 100 guests.
